County Recognizes Dublin Arts Collective Founder
The music institution’s re-opening season may also include a citywide Afrofuturism festival and a Perspectives sequence from Jon Batiste and Leonidas Kavakos. This year’s Honor Choir weekend is November 5th and 6th at Willow Meadows Baptist Church in Houston. Performing students will spend Friday afternoon rehearsing with space administrators in preparation for the clinician. On Saturday, college students arrive early for their rehearsals with their clinician. They spend the day working on their music with different students from throughout the world, and perform a live performance that night.
The School of the Arts hosted a Ribbon Cutting on Oct. 1, 2021 to have fun the re-opening of Harrison Theatre. Guests included President Beck Taylor, Samford Trustee Board Chairman Bill Stevens, Davis Architects and Hoar Construction staff members along with many donors and School of the Arts college, staff and college students.
